Payment Processingocsiockbox Services
In order to expedite and securely manage the processing of your clients’ checks, Regent Bank will collect and sort payments and correspondence, create an online database with check images and transaction details, and archive your data for easy future referral. These services are fully flexible and can be customized to address your unique business directive.
This state-of-the-art system accesses credit card and automated clearing house (ACH) payments to quickly move authorized funds from your client’s bank or credit card account to your company’s central operating account.
Mail Collection and Extraction
The items from your post office box are cleared and delivered via courier to the processing center each business day. Items are checked for date, amount, signature and legal line. All
exceptions and correspondence are pulled and sent via your instructions. Payments are separated by equal amounts, unequal amounts, multi-coupon/single check and single coupon/multi-check to assure quality and reliability.
Capture and Imaging
Separate applications are established for different payment types, and each is processed individually. Items are scanned and captured. A full image of the coupon and check
are stored. The check is then encoded and endorsed for presentation and collection by the Bank.
Exceptions and Rejections (Stop Files)
Payment exceptions are approved or rejected through email or web access. Payment rejections, if applicable, are also sent via email or direct access online.
Deposit
A deposit ticket is created for all processed work.The deposit is processed and the funds are deposited into a designated account.
Image Archiving and Research
Images of coupons, checks and correspondence are archived for up to seven years, providing easy access for reference.Paper coupons are stored on-site for up to 60 days. Images ofchecks and coupons are available after processing through the Regent Bank website.

Information Exchange and CD-ROM Archiving
Data and image files, as well as other reports, are available through web access. CD-ROM archives can be produced and sent at the end of each month, quarter or year. Information
includes images of the checks and coupons processed for that particular period.
Coupon and Statement Printing
Regent Bank offers coupon printing for clients. Coupon stock will be provided and then printed to the client’s specifications.All necessary information is included, and the scan line is set up for Lockbox Processing. Return envelopes are also available.
Eliminate Paper-Based Receivables
The transaction information is accepted online through dedicated import service module. The lockbox system performs processing and creates customized reports without paper expenditure.
Online Monitoring
All digital transaction data is made available to you via email and web access. You can easily access your account anytime at www.regentbank.com to search data, monitor accounts and receive up-to-the-minute notifications.
Remote Deposit Capture Program
Digital lockbox processing works in conjunction with Regent Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture Program. Your business can quickly process deposits by simply scanning checks and issuing deposits electronically, day or night from your own office.
