Time Away from Work

Company observed holidays
– Full time and part time employees will receive time off with pay for the following:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day


Employees will be paid proportionate to hours that they would normally be scheduled to work and only if the holiday falls on a day that the employee would normally be scheduled to work.

Vacation - The Regent Bank vacation policy offers vacation hours based on length of service and officer status.

Sick Leave – Our sick leave policy gives financial protection when you must miss work due to personal illness or injury, or the illness of an immediate family member (spouse, child or parent) requiring care.

Bereavement Leave – Regent Bank grants bereavement leave following the loss of a family member.

Personal Choice Time
– Employees are eligible for two personal choice days per year

401K Savings Plan
Employee participants can enter the plan on the first eligibility date following completion of eligibility requirements. You may elect pretax contributions up to 18% of your base salary. The Bank will contribute on a matching basis 50% of the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 6% of the employee’s base salary plus commissions, overtime and bonuses.


Tuition Reimbursement
As an eligible employee, you may, with management approval and satisfactory job performance, be reimbursed for tuition expenses provided the employee obtains a C grade or better.

Regent Bank provides short-term and long-term disability and life insurance to all  full-time employees.
