Marilyn started her career in Northport, Long Island with Security National Bank. "I left banking for a period of time to raise my children. When the children were both of school age, I returned to banking at a community bank in Raleigh, NC," Marilyn stated. Two years later she became an assistant manager with BB&T. After moving to Annapolis, MD, Marilyn became manager for a banking services program that trained women on public assistance for entry-level positions in banking.

Marilyn moved to Florida to be close to her aging parents. "My first interview was with Regent Bank, and I have been here seven years," she stated.

Marilyn is a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and the Boca Raton Roundtable.

Nancy Iacino

Nancy has been a part of the Regent Bank team since 1991 and in the South Florida banking industry since 1985. She began her career in banking at Hollywood Federal Savings Bank in the Construction Loan department.

Nancy received her AA degree from Broward Community College and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Nancy stays involved in her community as well as her job and family. She is a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Successful Women in Business, Young Business Professionals and the Boca Raton Round Table. Nancy volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and is a Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County. Nancy is also a Graduate of Leadership Boca Raton.

Suzanne Moore

Suzanne Moore is Vice President at Regent Bank, responsible for commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, and relationship management at the Pompano Beach Office. Suzanne joined Regent Bank in late 2005, bringing 20 years of banking experience in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida (18 of those at community banks).

Suzanne attended Northwestern Michigan College and is a 1997 graduate of the Bank Administration Institute's School of Community Bank Management, University of Wisconsin at Madison. Her community service history includes non-profit boards of directors (Arc - Association of Retarded Citizens, York County Chamber of Commerce, YMCA Community Redevelopment Authority); and fund-raising for United Way and American Heart Association. In 2000, Suzanne was named one of Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women in Business. She is currently President of Commercial Real Estate Women of Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach, formerly serving as Treasurer and as Programs Committee Chair. Suzanne is also a member of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Suzanne and her husband, Randy, enjoy the South Florida lifestyle.
