Kathy has over 35 years of banking experience and has worked in operations, mortgage and retail with responsibility for business development, marketing, customer relations, directing a calling program toward existing customers for retention and cross selling and soliciting prospects to increase market share.
Former Governor Jeb Bush appointed Kathy to the South Broward Hospital Board of Commissioners in 2003. She currently holds the position of Chairman and is the Chair of the Finance and Senior Services Committees. In addition she is Co-Chair of the Governance Committee.
Kathy is a Past President of the Davie – Cooper City Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Women In Business Committee. She also is Vice Chair of the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.

A native South Floridian, Kathy joined Regent Bank in April 2006. She began her banking career in 1970 as a part-time proof operator while studying to become a dental hygienist. She has worked in various areas of banking including, operations, loan administration, accounting and management.
Kathy and her husband, Walter, have lived in Davie for the past 19 years. “We love the community and enjoy traveling and boating in our spare time,” says Kathy.
She is involved in fund raising for the American Diabetes Association and under-privileged children through the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
“After 35 years of working for community banks, I am happy to be associated with Regent Bank; one of the best places to work,” says Kathy.

Giselle joined the Regent Bank family in 2003 as a Commercial Loan Officer. “This is a part of banking that I have always enjoyed. At Regent Bank I am able to customize our loan products to our client’s needs. I work on interesting and challenging projects every day,” Giselle smiles.
Giselle enjoys being involved in the community. She is a member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Davie Kiwanis Club and Sheridan House Ministries. Giselle also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
Giselle received her A.S. Degree in Financial Services from Broward Community College, and her Bachelor of Arts in Management and International Business from Florida International University. Giselle began her banking career in 1991 as a teller at Barnett Bank, N.A., and began her training in lending and administration shortly afterward. She continued to expand her banking knowledge and eventually became the Financial Controller for Banco Santander Central Hispano, S.A. Miami Agency.

A native of South Florida, Melinda joined the Regent Bank team in 1997 as Marketing Director. She started her banking career at First Trust and Deposit Company in Syracuse, NY as a teller. Upon returning to Florida she joined Florida National Bank becoming Assistant Vice President, Bank Operations.
Involved in several civic and business organizations, Melinda is dedicated to helping her community. She is on the Board of The E.A.S.E. Foundation, a member of The Prestige Club, The Broward Business & Professional Association, and the Davie/Cooper City Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers at Habitat for Humanity.
