Dawn Calder has over 25 years of banking experience, working 22 of those years in Palm Beach County.  Dawn joined Regent Bank in 2009 as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager.  For 9 years prior, she held numerous positions at Grand Bank & Trust of Florida as Senior Vice President, including Senior Lender, CRA Officer, and Human Resources Director.  Throughout her career she has worked in numerous capacities through various mergers, including the First American Bank and Barnett Bank merger, and the Great Southern Bank and Colonial Bank merger.

Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Dawn is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where her daughter now attends.  Dawn is also an Honors Graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and she is currently obtaining her Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University.  Additionally, she has been a licensed State Certified General Appraiser since 1993.

Dawn remains involved with many community organizations where she has held leadership positions, including the Chamber of the Palm Beaches, from which she is a graduate of Leadership West Palm Beach; the Florida Bankers Association; the Jupiter-Tequesta Athletic Association and the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.  

 


Natalie Alvarez

Natalie Alvarez brings over 22 years of financial experience to the Bank. She has led many office consolidations, bank mergers and transitions for two of the largest Wealth Management firms in the nation, and has managed many diverse projects while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction at all times. She is a professional who is committed to providing her clients with production efficiencies and superior service.

Natalie has resided in Palm Beach County for over 30 years.  She is currently attending Palm Beach Atlantic University to complete her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Business Management. Natalie has completed and received certifications in many Career Track Programs such as: Team Building Skills for Managers & Supervisors, Positive Thinking & Peak Performance and How to Become a More Effective Supervisor. Natalie has also received her Register Para Planner Designation in 2002.
 
Natalie is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Natalie’s community service history includes Chair for the Arthritis Walk for Those Who Can’t from 2006-2008 and committee member in 2009. She has also received recognition for her fund raising activities for The Susan G Kolman Race for the Cure, March of Dimes, The American Heart Association, Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches and Juvenile Diabetes.  She was a committee member for The March of Dimes Walk for Babies from 1994-2006. Natalie believes in giving back to the community in which she lives, works and plays.

Natalie has been married to her husband, Rafael, for 17 years.  She has a 15 year old son, Rafael, Jr., and a 19 year old step son, Christopher.  In her spare time, Natalie enjoys boating with her family.
