Charlene Bender started her banking career in Park Ridge, Illinois and continued in banking when she relocated to Fort Lauderdale. Her background includes commercial  lending, real estate finance and wealth management.  This background provides the ability to work with clients to determine an over-all assessment of a company’s needs to bring in team members to meet those needs.

Charlene graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Finance.  She also completed the Cohen Brown Training and courses offered by the American Institute of Banking.  She has held various licenses – 6, 7, 65 and Life, Health & Variable Annuity.

Charlene enjoys being involved in the community and has served as a member of many organizations, including holding numerous leadership rolls.   Organizations in which Charlene has participated include the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Co-chair of Broward Partnership for the Homeless – Breakfast of Champions fundraiser, Notre Dame Fort Lauderdale Alumni Club Board of Directors and Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  She is Past Chair of the Downtown Council and graduated in Class I from the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of  Commerce Leadership Program.  Charlene served as Program Chair for Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class III, Community Services Board member for the City of Fort Lauderdale and Board of Adjustment and Past President of Knoll Ridge Homeowner’s Association.

Charlene is excited to be part of the Regent Bank family and to have the opportunity to focus on clients’ needs to assist them in being successful.  

 


Suzanne Moore

Suzanne Moore is Vice President at Regent Bank, responsible for commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, and relationship management at the Pompano Beach Office. Suzanne joined Regent Bank in late 2005, bringing 20 years of banking experience in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida (18 of those at community banks).

Suzanne attended Northwestern Michigan College and is a 1997 graduate of the Bank Administration Institute's School of Community Bank Management, University of Wisconsin at Madison. Her community service history includes non-profit boards of directors (Arc - Association of Retarded Citizens, York County Chamber of Commerce, YMCA Community Redevelopment Authority); and fund-raising for United Way and American Heart Association. In 2000, Suzanne was named one of Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women in Business. She is currently President of Commercial Real Estate Women of Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach, formerly serving as Treasurer and as Programs Committee Chair. Suzanne is also a member of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Suzanne and her husband, Randy, enjoy the South Florida lifestyle. Debbie Langston

Originally from Ohio, Debbie relocated with her family to South Florida in 1968. She has always been a resident of Broward County with the past twenty years spent in Deerfield Beach.

Debbie began her banking career in 1976 with First Federal of Broward Savings & Loan Association as a switchboard operator. She managed the Sea Ranch Lakes office of Gateway American Bank for three years. Debbie welcomes the opportunity to return to a community bank environment where the client is the primary focus and customer service is truly the philosophy for success.
