eStatements are available to anyone enrolled in Regent Bank Online Banking or Corporate Cash Management with a checking or savings account. All Online Banking clients can enroll for eStatements by logging in to Online Banking and clicking the auto enroll prompt or enrolling under the “Options” menu.

eStatement FAQs

Q. What is an eStatement?
A. When you enroll for eStatements, you will begin receiving your monthly account statement online through Online Banking or Corporate Cash Management. Each month when your statement cycles, you will receive an e-mail notification saying that your eStatement is available for viewing. You may then follow the directions in the e-mail and view your statement online under the “Documents” menu.

Q. Will I continue to receive my statement in the mail if I sign up for eStatements?
A. No, you will not receive your statement in the mail.

Q. Will my eStatement look the same as my printed Statement that I am currently receiving?
A. Your eStatement will be a PDF version of your actual printed statement complete with images. It will look exactly the same as your paper statement does now.

Q. Once I sign up for eStatements, may I change my mind and go back to receiving my Statements by mail?
A. Yes. If you elect to discontinue the mailing of your statements and decide you would like them to start being mailed to you again, you must submit either a written notification or an email to info@regentbank.com notifying us to take you off eStatements. Once this is done, your subsequent statements will be delivered by U.S. Mail.

Q. How do I sign up for eStatements?
A. To sign up for eStatements, you must be a Regent Bank Online Banking or Corporate Cash Management client. All Online Banking clients can enroll for eStatements by logging in to Online Banking and clicking the auto enroll prompt or under the “Options” menu. For our Corporate Cash Management clients, just let us know that you would like to sign up and we’ll handle the rest.

Q. How secure are eStatements?
A. Your statement is not sent through an e-mail. You will receive a notification telling you that your statement is available for viewing. You will then securely log in to Online Banking or Corporate Cash Management, which are a secure websites where your account information is protected by 128-bit encryption.

Q. After I sign up, when can I expect to receive my first eStatement?
A. You will begin to receive your statement electronically and stop receiving paper statements beginning with your next statement cycle. If your statement has recently cycled, you may receive one last paper statement before electronic statements begin.

Q. How will I know my eStatement is available to view?
A. You will receive a notification by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide to us. You will then follow the directions provided in the email to view your statement.

Q. What accounts are currently available to receive eStatements?
A. All business and personal checking and savings accounts are eligible to receive statements electronically.

Q. What else will I need to do to receive my eStatement?
A. You must be enrolled for Regent Bank Online Banking or Corporate Cash Management, and have an active Access ID and password.

Q. Is there a fee to receive my eStatement online?
A. No. eStatements are absolutely FREE to all Regent Bank Online Banking and Corporate Cash Management clients.

Q. Can I have my eStatement notification sent to more than one e-mail address?
A. No.  You can only have one e-mail address in which you can be notified. If this e-mail address changes, you must notify us immediately.

Q. Is there special software required to view my eStatement?
A. Yes. Your eStatement will be in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. To download the most recent free version of Acrobat, please visit www.acrobat.com.

Q. How long will my statement be available to view online?
A. Your eStatement will be available online for 18 months. We recommend that you either save each statement to a file on your computer, or print a copy for your records. Your statement history will populate from the time you sign up for eStatements and your history will accumulate up to 18 months for each month you have been enrolled.
