QuickenTM Web Connect

Quicken Web Connect is, simply put, a way you can download your personal account transactions directly from Online Banking and import them into Quicken. This technology downloads up to 18 months of account data into your check register and matches any transactions you’ve already entered into your register.

***View/Export up to 18 Months of Account Transactions***

With Online Banking or Corporate Cash Management you have full access to view and/or export up to 18 months of your account history to financial management tools such as QuickBooks®, QuickenTM, Microsoft® Money or Microsoft® Excel.  You can also access up to 24 months of your fully imaged account statements.

Online Banking Clients: To View and/or Export up to 18 months of account history – Log In and choose an account for which you would like to receive transaction activity. Click All Transactions from the Transactions menu. Select the From date and the To date of the data you would like to view/export. Click on View Transactions to see to see transaction history complete with images of checks and deposit tickets or click Export Transactions to export account history to Quicken (.QIF, .QFX).  Then follow the directions below based on your software type.

Corporate Cash Management Clients: To View and/or Export up to 18 months of account history – Log In and choose an account for which you would like to receive transaction activity.  From the Transactions box, click Transaction Archive.  Select the From date and the To date of the data you would like to view/export. Click on View Transactions to see transaction history complete with images of checks and deposit tickets or click Export Transactions to export account history to Quicken (.QIF, .QFX).  Then follow the directions below based on your software type.

Windows

  1. A Windows dialog may appear that asks whether you would like to Save or Open the file. Select Open.
  2. If this is your first time downloading with Web Connect for this account, a dialog box will appear stating “You are about to download transactions for the following account.” The box will include account information, such as the Account Number and Account Type.
  3. You will be asked whether you would like to “Use an existing Quicken account” or if you would like to “Create a new Quicken account.”

a. Use an existing Quicken account: If you already have the account set up in Quicken, and you would like to add on to the existing transaction activity, you should select this option.

b. Create a new Quicken account: If you have not set-up this account in Quicken, or if you would like to start a new file for an existing account, you should select this option. After selecting this option, follow the steps for setting up the new account.

When Quicken confirms that the Web Connect data has been successfully downloaded to Quicken, select OK.
Repeat these steps for each account you would like to download into Quicken.

Mac

  1. The file is automatically downloaded to your desktop.
  2. You can double click on the file or import the file using the “file” menu to import transactions.
  3. Repeat these steps for each account you would like to download into Quicken.
